Is BRE Crafts based in Canada?
Yes! We are proudly a Canadian-based small business. All orders are processed and shipped from Canada.
What kind of products do you offer?
We create handcrafted and personalized items including hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, tote bags, tumblers, mugs, and event giveaways for weddings, birthdays, church functions, and more. Many of our designs are faith-based, inspirational, or motivational, but we also offer fully customized pieces.
Can I request a personalized design?
Absolutely — we love bringing your ideas to life! Whether it's a name, Bible verse, quote, or event-themed design, we’re more than happy to work with you to create something special. Just reach out to us at brecrafts11@gmail.com or through our contact page to get started.
What is the order process?
Once you place your order, we begin processing it within 1–2 weeks. This time may vary depending on product volume, design complexity, and availability of materials. If you’re working with a tight timeline, feel free to message us — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs!
Do I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation right after placing your order. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Still need help? We’re just an email away at brecrafts11@gmail.com
How do I track my order?
After shipping, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier.
Do you offer shipping and local pickup?
Yes! We ship across Canada and internationally (by request). If you’re local to Oakville, Milton, or Burlington, you can select the Local Pickup option at checkout — we’ll reach out to coordinate a convenient time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sure do! Orders over $100 CAD automatically qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I place a bulk or group order?
Yes, and we’d love to help! We accept bulk orders for weddings, church groups, businesses, ministries, and more. Just send us a message with the details, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.
Can I request a rush order?
Of course! If you need your order sooner than our usual processing time, we do offer rush options for an additional fee. Please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timeline.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office, as packages are sometimes delivered to nearby addresses or held for pickup.
Please note that BRE Crafts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are confirmed as delivered.
However, we understand how disappointing this can be. If your package is missing, please email us at brecrafts11@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in contacting the carrier or guiding you through the claims process if eligible.
Will I be charged customs, duties, or international taxes?
For international orders (outside of Canada), your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
Please note that BRE Crafts is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I take care of my apparel?
To keep your custom pieces looking fresh and vibrant, we suggest:
- Washing inside out in cold water
- Using mild detergent
- Tumble drying low or hang drying
- Avoiding bleach and fabric softeners
- Not ironing directly over the design

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means so much to us, and we truly hope you love your purchase! Here's how we handle returns:
Custom & Personalized Items
Since each custom order is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our part. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
Non-Custom / Pre-Designed Items
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on our pre-made designs (not personalized) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
To begin a return, just send us an email at brecrafts11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process from there.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
